Community Austell

The Atlanta metro area is home to several fantastic suburban communities and one of these is Austell. Located northwest of Atlanta, Austell is a short 20 minute drive from downtown, close to Mableton, Powder Springs, and Smyrna, and a 25 minute drive to the airport

It's a small, genteel city that's largely located in Cobb County. A tiny part of it, however, extends all the way to Douglas County. Austell also has a relatively small population compared to other suburban areas - there are approximately 6,500 residents according to the latest estimates. Compared to the bustle of Atlanta, Austell is a calm city. If you do need a few thrills, however, you can easily head to Six Flags Over Georgia.

Austell is highly accessible, located about 4 miles from Interstate 20. The Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is only 25 minutes away. If you want a slower pace of life in a family-friendly environment, I highly recommend taking a look at Austell's real estate offerings.

Houses for Sale in Austell

Austell’s real estate market is best known in the area for its large collection of traditional-style homes. If you’re looking for a handsome home with a red and/or brown brick exterior, Austell offers plenty of options. If you’re searching for something else, the local housing market has a bevy of other real estate selections — take your pick from single-family homes, townhouses, condos, apartments, and luxury homes in a wide variety of architectural styles.

Homes for sale in Austell are also reasonably priced. In fact, Austell homes offer some of the best value in all of the Atlanta metro area. Here, it’s entirely possible to move into a lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home for under $500,000. Excellent price points aside, Austell’s primarily residential atmosphere and the short commute to Atlanta and Marietta make it an ideal suburb to live.
